I have been going to Herne Hill gp since I was a child. The Doctors are fantastic especially DR Fisher. However now that I have developed a condition and need to attend regularly, I find that I am constantly being let down by the reception. They never have the appointment books open beyond a couple of weeks although the Doctor asks me to book in advance. I’ve had reception incorrectly book me appointments and be uncooperative when I’ve tried to make appointments. I do appreciate the Doctors but having to deal with unhelpful reception staff means that I’m considering going to another surgery.

Always such an amazing service from everyone at herne hill group practice. It feels like all the doctors really care. Dr Cowen, Dr Marshall, Dr perkins, Dr Fisher and Dr Lamb are all brilliant. Thank you for doing such an important job! X

I have found, for the years that I have been registered with you, that the service I have received has always been exemplary. From initial appointment to post-op follow-ups your entire staff have been nothing short of first class. I am loathe to leave your surgery but very sadly have left the catchment area. Thank you so very much for all of your help and support. I cant imagine the pressures your staff are under, but I have only ever experienced grace, courtesy and the utmost professionalism.
